WeinbergWC is led by firm founder Shealtiel “Sean” Weinberg. Sean has successfully defended New Jersey employers throughout his entire career, establishing a strong reputation for litigating complex cases involving fraud, the Second Injury Fund, Uninsured Employers Fund, total disability.
Sean’s efforts have included more than 2-dozen cases dismissed for fraud, 10 appellate cases covering issues ranging from “coming and going”, occupational versus traumatic claims, use of the personal protective device, and the proper application of NJSA 34:15-20, and numerous lectures and presentations.
In 2025, Sean launched WeinbergWC because he recognized the growing need for more focused and aggressive advocacy, combined with the significant advances in data, technology, and AI that are transforming the workers’ compensation practice landscape in NJ.
